Class Description:
Students will gain strength, flexibility and confidence as they work with specialized equipment including tumbling mats, balance beams, mini training bar, wedges, octagon and vaulting stations.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a 45 minute class. It will begin at 9:05 and students will need to be picked up at 9:50.
Instructor Bio:
Brian Zook is USA Gymnastics Safety Certified and CPR Certified. He is a USA Gymnastics National Certification Instructor. Brian has been teaching for over 20 years. He has a BA in Elementary Education.

Class Description:
Your three-year-olds will be practicing fine and gross motor skills as we work through activities presented in June Oberlander's book, Slow and Steady, Get Me Ready. Students take home an activity envelope each week based on the specific skills we cover in class. We will be working on learning our shapes, colors, alphabet, counting, and nursery rhymes. The two major themes for the class are becoming familiar with the alphabet and numbers 1-5. For letters, we use the book Chicka, Chicka, Boom, Boom and for counting, we use many songs & stories that feature 5 animals.
During our class each week, we will have free play, circle time, fun songs with movement, plenty of stories, some crafts, and snack time!
